Damascus/steel Shader' Description " Damascus / Steel Shader "...Jensen style....by Junebug  This machine is a combination of damascus and low carbon steel... It is deeply etched and heat colored to a rich purple / blue to showcase the beautiful grain in the metal.. I repeated numerous acid dips, while oil burning the finish... it has a nice bright finish... I altered the style with a lil more flair, and turned some iron hardware to give it that old school feel.. I used coins on the rear deck as well as the binder and tube vise lever..the contact screw is bronze with a turned steel top to match the frame... The machine is powered by a strong set of 1 1/4" x 8 wrap coils wound on low carbon cores ,and capped w/phenolic washers to complete the old style appearance... They have been wrapped in hell bank notes prior to clear shrink tubing.... the Shader  has a strong moderate throw ideal for all large groupings...it will pack color til the cows come home!!!!  I used it on friday along with the matching liner ( sold earlier on ebay)and they powered through an 8 hour black and grey piece like butter... simply purrrr/'d.... They both have a nice vintage feel to them, and the balance and weight is perfect... they are a nice pair and excellent daily drivers...   check out the pics!!!  The matching liner sold earlier!!!...Both also feature iron side mount binders .. they look slick with the bronze contrasting washers.. and hook up super easy... they also keep the chord out of the way....junebug This is a one off custom and will serve you well as a daily driver... signed and gauranteed for life...it will out last you so keep the grand kids in mind..I know you are a pro and  definately know what to look for??? and I assure you its there...it will run all day at low volts with power to burn.... check out the pics... junebug Sold to pros only!!!!!
