It contains 30% Alpha Hydroxy Acids (20% glycolic and 10% lactic) to exfoliate skin, improve skin's hydration, and encourage collagen production in the skin.  To optimize results, peels should be performed in a series of approximately 6-10 peels about 2-4 weeks apart.Skin Type:   Recommended for use by skin care professionals for use on aging skin, damaged skin, or problem prone skin. Warning:  Not for use with those who are currently using Accutane or have used Accutane within the last three months.  Do not use if you have open wounds or abrasions on the skin or if you have acne or herpes outbreaks.  Do not use if you have had plastic surgery or laser resurfacing within the previous 6 months.  Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients contained in this peel.  Do not use if you are pregnant. Active Ingredients: 20% glycolic acid and 10% lactic acid.  InsInstructions for Use: For optimal results, prep your skin for two weeks prior to the peel with SkinCeuticals C+AHA, Serum 10, Serum 15, Serum 20, or C E Ferulic. Dispense 2 pipettes of peeling gel into a small bowl.  Using a cotton applicator, apply the acid to your skin quickly, starting first with the forehead.  Avoid the eye area and the mouth. (Your goal is to apply the peel to the entire face within 15-20 seconds). Can also be applied to the neck and chest area.
